Please read this before ordering anything from Ginmark Designs, as I would not like "funsters" to have the same trouble as I have had with set

November 2017 Ordered a decal from Ginmark Designs, featuring a Devon and Union flag.

December 2017 Decal arrived in December, it looked great and decided to have it fitted by a local sign writer in the New Year.

January 2018 Had it fitted to the back of van with a few other words. We were so pleased with it that we took a photo of it to show on the "funsters" forum. Shortly after we were informed by members the the Union flag was the wrong way around!. Contacted Ginmark to inform them of their mistake (by email and via their Facebook page as they NEVER answer their phone and they do not issue a postal address). Email received from them stating that they did not know there was a right or wrong way to a Union flag!!!

April 2018 26th @ 11.27am Email from GM "Missing flag will be in post in the morning. I will send you tracking number tomorrow afternoon. Sorry for the delay."

27th @ 14.19 pm Email from GM. "It will be dropped at the post office later today when i do the run yes"

27th @ 16.19pm "Cant find your address please confirm where you would like it sending.

30th Replacement fag arrives! But wrong size sent .

May 2018 Further replacement flag arrives wrong again.

May 2018 Warn Ginmark that unless I receive my money back by the 9th May I would let fellow "funsters" know what sort of firm they were. NO REPLY.

Well I admire the time they took to research the Union flag if that was what the three month delay was but to consistently get it wrong shows some serious effort on their part. Perhaps it's a one man team and his business skills are lacking somewhat?

Whilst irritating to have the wrong flag on your MH why not just get a refund and live with it as most people won't even realise.

I cannot get a refund as they do not issue a full postal address , I have found a post code BL1 6QE in Bolton but their are 70 houses with that code. They seem only do business via their Facebook page. When things go wrong they will not listen, they never answer their phone.

Cannot issue as SCC summons with out an address but I have taken it up with Facebook and Paypal

Seems to be a nest of little online businesses being run by the same couple/people.
Bolton mugs, Ginmark Designs, and a caravan accessories outfit.

Common denominator is a woman who variously calls herself on the several different Facebook profiles she seems to have: Ginnie Stephens, Ginny Stephen, and Ginny Salmon.

Adresses for the various business activities of hers include "Clyde Mill, Bolton", and "Stewart Street, Bolton".
Phone numbers include 07762 913662, and 01204 400824.

Because there will forever be someone pointing out the Union flag is wrong leading to lengthy explanations maybe?

Just say that it is deliberate and a way to talk to strangers

I love talking to complete strangers who make it their business to tell strangers that "Their wrong" (Please read in a whiny, nasally, metal voice) :ROFLMAO:

Thanks for heads up
I have been trying to place an order for 2 weeks. Took over a week to say not recieved first email as I labelled them 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4, 4 of 4. resent sent still not received told me too large. The email missing had the smallest attachment. So does not make sense
Was told could be my email so re sent using Virgin email which is what she uses and copied myself in recd okay.
Still awaiting confirmation shes received it
Customer service is appauling and very slow.
If she has an issue / problems just let people know and not put head in sand.

Can anyone recommend a different supplier? At this rate I may need to find a new supplier.
