Not used them myself just googled it. We have odd shaped single beds in our Hymer and use standard single bedding and toppers from Dunelm, which does the job very well.

Another vote for Jonic. We used them for our van with an island bed. Superb quality and service. A little dearer but worth every penny.

I think Duvalay also make fitted sheets in various sizes. I thought about fitted sheets on our island bed but for the moment use a super king size flat sheet which gives plenty to tuck in, I'm not a fan of fitted sheets.
