BCA denver control panel

Afternoon funsters, the BCA control panel on my 2015 bailey autograph 7.65 will not switch off, does anyone have any ideas or is it a new control panel required. Cheers gazza.

What happens when you momentarily remove/ replace the fuse marked "control panel" in the consumer unit ? Sixth from the right...
