BCA Control Panel issues on a Bailey Approach Compact 520

Hello all,
I don't know whether anyone else has had this problem but maybe someone out there can help me out?

Our van is June 2014 registered and the other week, the Control Panel screen whited-out. Rather than pay Primaleisure £472 plus VAT (shurely shome mishtake?), I sent it off to a local outfit to be repaired. Ultimately they were unable to do so and sold me a replacement panel, the programming for which they simply lifted from the config of the old one.

However, the functionalities are not the same and they are scratching their heads as to why this is the case.

Has anyone else come across this and if so how did you resolve it? I have (hopefully) attached a photo of the Control Panel front in case it helps.

Ok, control panel issue sorted, thanks to Apuljack Electronics (tx GeoffnDee) who corrected the settings which BCA had originally provided them with. I'm now a happy bunny!
