Battery

Just fitte new battery. On my swift bolero 680, 2011. Control panel shows leisure battery strong but vehicle battery weak. Is there another batter on board??
Yes, the starter battery is under a panel in the floor in front of the passenger seat.
Usually the starter battery only recieves charge front the engine ( alternator)when it's running ,unless you have a battery master or its connected to the solar controller as a second battery.

I thought battery in front of passenger seat is a leisure battery.
I just change that. Where is leisure battery. Sors I'm new to this.

If you just replaced the starter battery and the panel shows weak there's something wrong unless the new battery is discharged.

Not surexwherecthdvleisure battery is on a swift bolero ,but in our previous swift sundance it was under one of the bench seats in an underfloor locker .

It is possible that the leisure battery may be found under a removable panel that is in the floor under the habitation seating . Your owners manual may show its location or if you do not have a manual you should be able to find one to download on the Swift website

As Jimbohorlicks says probably in a locker, having looked at photos of yours you have 4 external lockers, 2 are easy gas and toilet, the one behind drivers door looks favourite, have you been in them

Motorhomes usually have two separate batteries. The leisure battery powers the habitation circuits: lights, water pump, heater and fridge controls etc. The starter battery powers all the vehicle functions: engine starting, road lights, wipers, etc. So if you accidentally run the leisure battery flat, the engine will still start OK.
