Battery Master no longer on Vanbitz website. How to install/use links also broken. Have they been withdrawn.

I’m more concerned they are not on the Vanbitz website as I understand they are the supplier/manufacturer. Have they been withdrawn for a reason.

It is/was a great tool. I cannot imagine Eddy stopping selling it without good reason or updated version.
I just searched another site for Battery Master that said Stock Delay do not order!

All the links on the site are dead and no mention of it in the vanbitz menu. It’s on my to buy list for the new year or was.

No don’t agree you wouldn’t move products from a website just for shutdown. Just tell people orders won’t be shipped until new year. All info is gone.Closed for Christmas so try again in the new year

Order it from the Motorhome Fun link I posted, or, phone them up in the New Year.
Its simply a problem on the web site.
Van Bitz are an installation company not a mail order company, and the only item you can buy ‘mail order’ is the battery master
Now they are aware of the broken link, they get it fixed in the new year when they re-open

. I only noticed they were broken as I was pointing someone from Facebook to the site to explain how they work. I work on websites so was surprised to find none of the product links I had found by searching didn’t work.

It is cheaper to buy a Battery Master from the MH Fun shop.
Scroll right to the bottom of the page of any post and click on Motorhome Fun Shop. It's one of the items in there.

I designed it years ago, and used to make them at night and at weekends after I’d finished fitting alarms
When I retired I sold the business and chucked the Battery Master rights in as well as I had no use for it being retired

I apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused. I am happy to confirm that the Battery Master is still available but currently there is no information of it on our new website. I wanted the website live before we closed for our Christmas break but it currently only includes information of our different security options. In the New Year I will be adding all our other products and services onto the website (including the PDF’s).

They are doing a very good on the redesign of your site. Looking very good. I am currently dealing with a client redoing 300+ websites using the same tech as your designer does. Solid choice.

I will just point out one big problem I have with your site though. If you reject cookies, every single page you load you get two popups which you have to close before you can read the page, by the third page I gave up and closed the browser tab. You haven't lost a customer in me, but I think you may irritate people with the none stop pop ups.
The closed for christmas message popup would be better as a header. You can create a header block that can be hidden or visible and you can alter the content so can use it at different times of the year for different things. everyone will see it and it won't be irritating or obnoxious like a pop up is.
The brochure download is better either as a sidebar or a footer item especially for those who say no to cookies. Constantly asking people to download the brochure is highly irritating
Just my thoughts. Hope they are constructive and taken as a positive rather than a criticism.

All information given whether it is positive or negative can and will be used in a positive way. Thank you for your feedback as it is greatly appreciated.
