Battery Master Connection

Hi
Forgive my ignorance, is the correct piece of equipment to connect a battery master to so my leisure battery can charge the starter battery using excess solar gain ?

Yes you can connect there makes it easy.

Yes, that's what a battery maintainer is for. There are various brands, including VanBitz BatteryMaster and Ablemail AMT-12. Several other electrics companies have their own version, like Renogy, CBE etc.

Lenny HB autorouter thank you for your replies, would you be able to confirm where I would connect the following wires from the battery master ?
Red wire which should connect to the leisure battery
Brown wire which should connect to the starter battery
Black wire which should connect to the to vehicle ground

From this diagram you can see the connections, it doesn't matter which negative you use.

Thanks Lenny HB and for pointing out I can use either negative, wasnt sure about that wire
