I'm a newbie
Strange situation but, LiFePO4 battery has 2 mains chargers connected (and not easy to disconnect one)
1.) 6A basic charger
2.) 15A multi stage charger with LiFePO4 profile

Question what are the consequences of both running at the same time 1.) cannot be removed as it has another function during non charging use

Hmm. I fear that your basic charger will give a fully-charged reading to the intelligent multi-stage charger.
The multi-stage charger will have voltage sensing, so it can accurately assess the condition and state of charge of the battery. If it thinks it is fully charged it will only maintain/float charge if at all.

Summary:
Charger 2 is not being used at all and your battery is being charged by a 'blunt instrument'-type charger .
Not ideal. Find a way of disconnecting charger 1.

The battery will probably take its charge from the one giving out the highest voltage. Normally two chargers will cohabit without any problems but in your case when the lithium charger shuts off or goes to float the 6 amp one will probably carry on charging you really don't want that with Lithium so you do need to disable it.

Lenny HB Thats what I thought, but for some reason the built in psu/battery charger also acts as a bridge on the fusebox pcb so if I disconnect the charger output my hab. lights don't work off grid - will check this is not a pcb fault - but cannot at the moment see an easy way to resolve this.

The PS360 duel output power unit seems to have two connection plugs on it , one is a 12v feed for the habitation electrics = red/black cables and the other is a separate feed for the charging of the leisure battery = black/yellow cables . You could disconnect the charging plug (black/yellow cables) from the PS360 and isolate it or there should be a (20 amp) fuse on this leisure battery charging circuit that you could remove.

See post no. 4

The red and yellow wires are somehow connected inside the ps306 - dual outlet psu/charger) and act as a bridge. Disconnecting either WILL leave you without habitation lights - but will work normally on EHU.

What we need is an electrical engineer who can read the block (circuit) diagram and trace all the relay permutations as its relays feeding/controlling other relays and as it's not a true circuit diagram it's very hard to understand.

I can supply the block diagram, pin outs and pin designations if anybody wants them - was originally an Eldiss diagram but updated to 2017 Bailey specs BCA pcb 269 MD.
