We bought this electric trike a couple years ago for Sue to use mainly in France but the best laid plans etc... Now she is fully recovered and we have been able to get away a few times we have found that we can pretty much get where we want to get on Shank's pony so have changed our van to one without a garage but more space inside. As a result there is no point in keeping our bikes and although Sue will be sad to see it go it's for sale.

It's covered, I think at the last check 28 miles from new and originally cost over £1300. It's the model with the tilting frame controlled by a lever on the handlebars so you set off with a rigid frame then pull the lever and the rear wheels both stay on the road when you go round corners. It has a throttle for smooth starts but this only works, in accordance with the current law to about 5mph, then you need to pedal a bit. The assistance you get is excellent and there are several levels to choose from. There is a huge basket on the back (we called it our mini hgv) and one on the front with lights and even a handbrake system for when you are parked.

To a Funster we would like a firm £795 please, which for a trike in A1 condition is pretty good. We are only a few miles from the Malvern Show but not having a Motorhome garage any more can't take it there ourselves!

I forgot to say, it's got a "fat bum" saddle with suspension and folding pedals as well!

Would like to view,. Have sent a PM
Thanks

Now sold! Many thanks Sandra and Martin, enjoy the trike and get better soon Martin!

Regards,
Bob and Sue.

@BobtheBass , thanks for the warm welcome and assistance loading the trike. Back at home now and fending off neighbours who all want to try the trike out.
Hope you enjoy your new van.
