Is it possible to vent a diesel heater into the bathroom to turn the bathroom into a drying room (for drying clothes after getting caught in the rain not drying from washing) and is there such a thing as a waterproof vent that you can open and close... Just having a brain fart šŸ˜

Lots of vans have a vent from the hot air system into the wet room bathroom. I guess as long as there's a slope to prevent water draining into the heater, it's probably not too hard?

Many washrooms come with a pop-up roof light.

Out old van had a vent into the bathroom and if you closed the selector at the rear of blown air it got toasty in there, well enough to dry the clothes

Our motorhome bathroom has a hot air vent from the heating. With the vent open it it is the hottest part of the van as its the smallest room.
We hang things up on the shower curtain rail and open the window slightly to dry clothes.

Same here :) If we don't want heat in the rest of the MH, we just shut off the other vents.

I fitted a diesel heater to our motorhome, one vent blows straight into the hab section, a second blows into the bathroom and a third smaller one into the locker. Brilliant addition to the motorhome.

If you have a roof light with a blind, cut a piece of 10mm square ally box section. protect each end with electrical tape and insert it sideways into the blind channel. Provides a super strong hanging rail, usually in the centre of the room.
