Hi

When it comes to topping up our on-board water tank using the official Whale hose. It takes an eternity.

Any thought as to what could be causing this or is it a known issue.

Thanks in advance.

I think there's 2 speeds of the pumps from what I read when I got mine, I use the whale plugin that the pump goes in the aquaroll and it fills about 10 litre a minute I think?

Mines a 2019 and goes direct through the whale without pump when topping up fresh water tank, But one of the problems is a kink after the whale which is under the seat in the lounge.

1 year and a bit
Please elaborate, what’s a proper filler?
We sick a hose pipe directly in the tank, bit of a pain though as you have to lift the carpet to get at the hatch.

Like what all Motorhomes have apart from Bailey.
A few options here.

Tugger now Motorhome
Remove the non return valve which will speed up filling considerably. Do not overfill the tank.

This system is quite good as it allows for filling from an Aquaroll using a 12v pump (generally not supplied with the van) when you are on-site and don't want to keep moving the van to fill up.
