That's nothing, I remember Tony having to be towed ON to his pitch at Peterborough a few years ago...

Don't worry Bob I am sure he will not be the only one -especially Sunday morning after all the rain you are going to get
Is Tony parking elsewhere on his return

...and another time when Tony had to be dragged of the really field at Wrenbury :Rofl1::Rofl1:

(Mind you, I needed a little assistance myself that time :Blush:)

Bryan, he has not improved with age... mind you it is bad here now... I went to see Star Spangled Spanner (Duncan)... well know to RV owners.. he was hoping to go home on Sunday.. but he is bogged down in the traders area so he is stuck until Monday.. he has to get back as I have a service booked with him and my MOT.

Everywhere you look there is straw being put down.. and all you hear is the show ground tractors in action.

Poor Ezzie was covered in mud from just going from the RV up to the show area and back.. looked like a drowned rat (no not Roland).

It has been raining solid now since yesterday.. wind has dropped but the water keeps coming.

Saw JIM today .. even his stall area has straw down..

...and we've had no rain and some very warm sunshine at times today

If you are still at Crowborough it was nice

I hear the weather back home was nice today.. shame we are here and not there.

Oh well.. spend some more money tomorrow.. need more towels to dry Ezzie.. and get some more of JIMS tyre items.. very good they are to.

Wall to wall sunshine here in Eastbourne, little bit of a stiff breeze but pleasantly warm in sheltered spots (like our patio). Had a beer there after cutting the grass. Pity we couldn't make it to Peterborough :Rofl1::Rofl1:

It ain't all bad here at P'boro, we've had a good day trading believe it or not and I've fitted a solar panel and satellite dish in between showers. yes its wet and yes its been raining on and off and yes tractors are in full flow towing people onto their pitches and are on standby to tow them off again when they want to leave but the walkways and roads are mainly tarmac so bimbling round the show is not such a big ordeal if you have an umbrella and decent boots. Try to find the positive aspects and it really isn't that bad!

Not looking so good from here. Ordered about 10 days ago but no sign.

I have waited in for them every day too.:BigGrin::Doh:
