Back home from Saltfleet

Well Guys, you all missed a treat. We have had a brilliant weekend with Freelander Chris and his lovely wife Christine. The weather was typical! but still did not dampen our spirits (literally!!)
The villager's of Saltfleet were very welcoming and a good time was had by all. Great evening entertainment, lovely level playing field with very good drainage. Got to say guys a real "must do" for next year. Lots of things to keep kids amused around the make shift arena.
Jeff is just thankful that I didn't discover the bucking broncho last night!

we have just had to travel all of 5 minuets to get home great weekend with lovely people and we are all welcome back next year and may be for an extra long weekend ,

I thanked you on the other thread but you deserve a second thanks here too for arranging for us to be there. Hopefully it can be held again next year. Saltfleet is a lovely area, a few pics we took on the beach and by the creek. Plus a few of Jess enjoying herself having her face painted and finding out how to make her dad a jumper

Again, sorry we couldn't make it this year, due to joint hosting our own little meet,
which could have been a disaster, if the rain hadn't stopped about half an hour before countdown. oh:

Yes we all had a brilliant weekend in Saltfleet.
Can't believe how the weather can change so m uch in 3 days, but hey it does'nt keep us in, good job there was a large marquee saturday night for the music though.
