Nice bike, good luck and just be careful ok

Very nice, is that the new 765cc? Will be interested to hear what it's like both on the twisties for fun and high speed cruising in terms of wind blast.

Enjoy your new toy!

What......a Triumph WITHOUT a parallel twin, whatever next.

In the '60s and discussing bikes with a bunch of like-minded friends I made the astounding discovery that Triumphs (and the rest) had twin cylinder engines where the pistons went up and down together. It put me off them then, I never wanted one, and even now I wouldn't want an oldie parallel twin. Horrible things.

I had an old Triumph 5TA, 500cc twin. Went like stink ( for its time) and shook like hell. Getting into my old Mini afterwards was like driving a Rolls Royce.

Lovely bike, enjoy, where's the rear shocks :sneaky:

Plymouth Harley & Plymouth Triumph are next door to each other (Same Owner) but I use a dark visor just in case someone thinks I might be going to look at a HD

MCN did a test of the 765 this week, whilst not slating it they did say that the old one was better in some ways. I think it was a case of a fun street machine losing it's way with a shedload of electronics it did not need.
