Hymer B544
Hi all,
I have a Hymer B544 (2001) and the panel for water and battery state is not working - the backlight works but pressing the switches does not reveal the values. Does anyone know where the fuses are for these? Can't figure out how to post an image which I have taken of the panel.

The fuses for the panel meters are in the Schaudt EBL, (Elektroblok). The fact that the back-light operates, indicates that 12v is getting to the panel, however, the meter functions may be separately fused.

Good luck finding the fault. (y)

Jock. :)

I have read the meters themselves can often fail. Search apuljack engineering.. they seem expensive and quite hard to find.

Far left hand switch is set to OFF
Switch it to bottom position then check the water level on the left hand gauge....bottom of rocker is waste/grey tank, top of rocker is fresh water tank

It's a rocker switch, up for cab battery down for hab battery, displays volts without pressing anything else

Is everything else working ?

Does this motorhome have an Electroblock? If so, what EBL model number is it? Has this problem suddenly started, or has it always been like this? Is it any different with the mains hookup connected?

All - thanks. We have had our b544 for 7 years so familiar with operating the panels. The EBL is model 99, however just tried the panel this morning and the volts section is now working fine. The water level is sticking so it could be the sender unit from the level monitor.
She's an old girl now so things may be starting to fail (a bit like me);). Yet to try it hooked up to mains.
