for sale unused awning rafter
Was delivered with a Autotrail 2014 Chieftain
Not sure how it fits never used it
£20 collection from De65 Derby area

If you use your Awning, you should use the rafter. It fits in the middle of the opened awning and there are two blocks, one on the van side and one on the awning outer edge of the canopy. This prevents flexing during increase winds and makes it much more ridged.
Just remember to remove it before winding in
 
Yes thanks I agree you should always use the rafter but I only ever used my awning for sun shade and never left it out or unattended

This camper now sold hence sale of this item
