Hi, I have a Quest Easyair 510 driveaway awning/tent but could not get the tunnel attachment that goes with it. I have contacted the Quest rep and, as the awning has been discontinued for a while, they cannot now be supplied.

Does anyone have one to sell or have the measurements and spec as I may be able to get one made.

From what I can see they just slip on to the rail then just lie over the awning secured by elastics. If anyone knows of something else that is available that may fit I would be very happy to explore that too.

Thanks

I did a lot of research before buying our driveaway awning. I did look at this brand. I just want to check what you are asking here? Are you looking for the thing that connects your awning tunnel to the side of your awning? Or does it have a detachable tunnel?

I think (may be wrong) that Quest is the old brand name for Westfield. If you search Westfield 510, you may find one, but they do seem to come in two sizes, depending on what height your motorhome is.

We ended up with a Dometic Kampa Rally Air Pro 390 Driveaway. It has three ways to fit to the side of the van. You could attach the tunnel to the 'c' rail (sometimes called a Keder rail) on the side of the van using a figure of 6 piece, or attach to a c rail on the underside of the wind out awning, there is also a zip attachment if you want it, but we didn't. Finally you can throw long tabs over the top of the awning, pull it over and peg down/attach to clips on the bus.

Figure of 8 pieces are easy to source, although there are two main Keder size types, 6mm or 8mm. You can get the rail in white PVC rather then the more common metal. Look in chandler's shops. It can be glued to the side of the van with Sikaflex 292i which saves drilling holes in your beloved's panels.
