Avtex smart tv model W215TS

We have a new Avtex tv but when you press the power off button bottom right at the back of the tv, a blue light comes on where the stand by light is. Can you program off the blue light when the tv is switched off?

Is there also a second power button....we have one on the left hand side, bottom of frame...then there are no lights

Our Avtex is the W249TS-U and it only has the one power button on the left side as you face the tv. We are having issues with tuning - the tv will find the programmes and then lose them once turned off onto standby

Ive found out how to turn off the blue light! On the Smart tv, the left hand power off button is pressed and the blue light comes on. On the RHS rear of tv there is an, up, down, left, right and centre button. after powering off, (left button), press the centre button on the rear right hand side. Seems to be a 2 stage operation to turn off the blue light!
