Availability on Boterra Park

We are off on our trip on 16th and normally start with 10 days at Bonterra Park. I've heard that they have changed their systems.
Is anyone currently there and could ask if you can still just turn up, or is there a way to book? The online booking system isn't helping.

I’m not sure if you can just turn up but it’s definitely worth a phonecall. We stayed there for 4 nights on our way home in April and it was full online for 3 or 4 nights. Someone we’d bumped into in Valencia or a poster on fun, can’t remember which suggested phoning and we were booked in no problem. Paid the €50 deposit on the phone. When we arrived reception bent over backwards to find a way to give us a discount. Couldn’t find my AcSI card so they just said pay when we leave & have found it.

We just turned up last month and stayed for 4 weeks.We had a choice of pitches and took the large re pitch at the top of the site with water and electric.4 amps a day free and then metered we use very little so didn’t have to pay extra.People were arriving every day though we chose Sunday.Just be aware checking out time is 5 pm so you may have to hang around.
