Depending on which light is coming on and which model of Sargent control panel / PSU you have , turning the black isolation switch on the PSU , off for 30 seconds , then on again ,may reset things.
Could try removing the panel, take off the plug that supplies the 12v feed and leave off for a short while.
Reconnect and see what happens. Seemed to cure a lot of past faults by resetting the panels.
If still there i would suspect a fault on the panel so maybe try contacting Sargent electrical.
