The box is recessed into the floor behind the RH front seat. There are 6 fuses.
One Fridge D+ 20amp
One Fridge 20amp
One Tow D+. 20amp
One tow 20amp
One Vehicle Battery 20amp
And one is Side Marker lights 5amp which is ok.
The side marker lamps HAVE stopped working and there is a little squeaky buzzer
going off in the box.
I am unable to lift the box out of the floor (even with the 4 corner screws out) so that I can check the feeds to the box, which are underneath. Has anyone else had this problem and found a remedy ??
Mitch

There is a recall for the EM40 problem where they are burning out, It's to do with driving with the fridge drawing to much current, I think its only the tall fridge.

These do an upgraded version.

Understand it's only an if fitted with a Thetford fridge / freezer.

MitchandJenny this might be worth a read?

I think that the EM40 has a relay linked to the marker lights within it and that may be what is causing the noise , if you remove the marker light fuse does the noise stop ?

We haven’t been having the fridge on 12v when driving, we keep it on gas. I tried lifting the box out as it is loose but doesn’t lift high enough, only5 to 10mm
Mitch.

The buzzer stops when we turn on the vehicles lights and restarts when I turn them off. Saying that it, it hasn’t buzzed since we just stopped for the night !!
🤞

I do not know if it would help but if seeing what is on the rear of the EM40 would be useful , photos and other information about the module can be seen at www.sargentltd.co.uk support / knowledge base /search articles / EM40
Thank you

From memory, when I was having a look at our EM40 I had to remove the panel trim that ran up the closing edge of the door (B pillar?) to ease the cabling as they (some) were clipped behind it.

Yes mate I did that to get to the last screw that holds the box down.
I have a big bundle of cables in the B pillar.
I will look when the weather is warmer.
3 degrees by day here.

I will check. THAT sounds very much to be my problem. Thanks very much for your suggestion.

I posted a message to tell you all that I had got the box out, the underside is blobby solder (from manufacturing) and corrosion!!
New box on order from Apuljack 🤞
Thank you all for your tips and input, very much appreciated.
