I have an Autotrail and the omni step is stuck out. It will not retract even when I turn the engine on. I’ve checked the fuse and it’s not that. When I press the switch I can hear it click at the fuse box. Anyone have a solution please?

If you Google autotrail and step issues you will find lots to read up on.
There was a batch of Sargent units that contained a faulty component, "poly fuse". So again read up on that. It's been a while since I had an autotrail so can't remember all the details.
Of course it could be a blown fuse in the Em50 behind the driver's seat, faulty step, bad wiring, dirty mechanism.. low power in the leisure battery is another reason.
