autosleeper say payload is around 425 kg ? Have any owners found that a bit restricted ?

depends what they included in the mass in running orderif theres any extra equipment that will eat into your payload
do you know which chassis its built on,do you have a licence that will allow an upgrade if needed?all the extra long ducatos will be heavey to start with due to the extra body work
if its built on the maxi chassis they can go over 4 tonne but the light chassis is around 3.8 i belive

This is the definition of your MIRO:

The Mass In Running Order is the mass of the unladen vehicle including a 75kg allowance for the driver plus engine coolants and 90% of the fuel, gas and water tanks capacity.

By my estimate the items such as awning, solar, reverse cameras,DRLs, LPG tank , the extra weight for alloy rims over pressed steel wheels and the dreaded extra weight allowance for the variations of materials being used in the manufacturing process then you will be lucky to have 220kg remaining.
