We used to own a Gleneagle for 11 years (2008 model) & changed to Tugging for 18 months before (the Wife agreed tugging is not for us, I tried to explain this prior but 🤷‍♂️ not successful) we have now a Bessacarr 442 but not the quality of the Gleneagle. I’m thinking of looking for another Gleneagle but am I just buying trouble with a van that is going to be a 2008/9 van?

Probably no more trouble than anything else of that age- they did seem better put together than new ones. Just check for service history, cam belt done etc and general condition....
Cheers, Dave

The thing that may concern me would be the emissions question going back to a Euro 4 (or 3?) engine. The Gleneagles is a beautiful van, we considered one 6 years ago but it was too long for our drive :(

Shouldn’t be a problem for the cambelt as the gleneagle was on the 3.0 engine.
There’s a few of that age about but can only see one gleneagle,
