Now that Auto trail are no longer selling spare parts directly to the public,can anyone suggest ,how to get serial nos for parts ,and a supplier

You should have a build number, mine is in the cupboard on a sticker where the EC500 control and fuses are.

You should be able to order any parts (that are still available)through an Autotrail approved dealer using the build number. Also www.olearymotorhomes.co.uk often have Autotrail parts in there online shop.
