I have an Auto-Trail PVC with loose panel trim in two places.

At the rear the GRP is damaged where the trim is screwed into, so that the screws have no purchase. What is the best way of repairing this.

The panel on the sliding side door is also loose. It appears to be missing a u-clip. I am correct in this assumption and if so where can I obtain a replacement? I have tried Auto-Trail, but with no avail.

Pictures may help if you can post them, then Lenny HB , who is the font of all knowledge when it comes to such things, can assist I’m sure (ps, if he’s sober 😉😇)

I've added pics. It's difficult to get good pic of the door, as it's black metal, but the pic shows where the screw goes through the trim with nothing behind it to attach to. Looks like there are scratches where maybe a u-clip used to be.
