Auto-Trail Frontier Navajo 2014

Hi we're new to motorhoming, just bought an Auto-Trail Frontier Navajo 2014. When checking everything out we could not get the drop down TV or the touch screen panel on the dash to work. The reverse camera does not come on the screen. Not sure if there's a loose connection or these are two separate issues, any advice welcome. Thanks

I realise this is an obvious question but it helps to know whether you have taken it up with the dealer or private seller and what they said, or were you aware that they weren't working when you bought it? I do appreciate that there's a heck of a lot to check when buying (too much probably, especially when new to it).

There will be a switch for your dropdown TV somewhere in you van. Like under a shelf. Our touchscreen on the 13ELE2000 has stopped working as well and will be getting replaced in a couple of weeks.

Check the 12v habitation fuses on your Sargent EC500 Power supply unit (PSU) as I believe the power supply to the these items is through this unit.
