Auto Electric Step Alarm Location

Hi , we have a 2019 Autotrail Tribute with the Ducato cab . My apologies if this has been covered before but where is the location of the relay and buzzer that retracts the step when starting the vehicle ?
The step still functions on the button but not automatically when starting or the warning buzzer either .I've cleaned all the crud off the step & fitted protective mudflaps . The motor itself is spotless under the plastic cover.
I know there's a kit available but I assume Autotrail fitted it from new, I just need to find it please ?

On my motorhome (Hymer) the alarm is under the driver’s seat.

Ok. I've found the relay & buzzer located under the seat behind the switch. There's no fuse evident so my next challenge is to ascertain if the relay is at fault .

On our 2009 autotrail there was some very small pins in the fuse box behind the seat that you put jumpers across depending on what setting you needed? Not sure if the same

Is your fridge cooling on 12v with the engine running , to confirm that the D+ signal is present for auto retract operation of the step

I think there is a fuse in the Sargent box, maybe that is causing your problem.
