Lots but slow learner.
Well most of it is here. Spotlights should be on it before i go to The Picos. #36 of 56.
Honda X-ADV 750 Special Edition #36 of only 56 in the country.
Will give it a run tomorrow weather permitting.

Pal of mine ordered one but cancelled and went for a BMW F900 instead. Your bike is very popular in Europe and rightly so as it’s a great hybrid type of bike. Enjoy😁😁

Took the bike for a 40 miles run yesterday.
Mega impressed with it..........BUT...........there's always a but.
I have had the seat lowering kit fitted that reduced the height by 30mm yet it is still too high (no i wont wear the stilletos on the shelf).
I have looked on YT and googled for a new seat or if the seat can be modified to give a further reduction in height.
Found one place so mailed them, awaiting reply.
Question
Do any of you guys know of a upholsterers, seat maker or anyone who could reduce the seat in some way.
The seat itself is very thick height wise so i am sure it could withstand modifying, but finding a place.
Ta.

Did you not test ride one before purchase?

Sometimes the issue is the width of the seat and any bodywork you have to straddle that makes touching the ground an issue

Story is emerging that although i bought and paid for the lowering kit it may NOT have been fitted.
I bought 3 additional accessories
1. Honda integral heated grips
2. Trekker Top Box
3. Lowering kit.

Will revert when it's been established the the kit has been fitted or no.

Normally 790mm is fine for me.
The seat and bodywork are both substantial on this bike so yes it could have a bearing.
My Wing is 780mm a thats a fat bugger but i can flat foot on that thing.
See my other post re , has the kit been fitted.

Then complain on FUN about losing a grand
Complain.................dont think so, merely stating some facts.
Maybe you are mixing up my complaining that lots on here boast and claim to have bagged "a bargain" or got "A Deal" when there was an obvious one there that nobody on here wanted. ;)

I’m cursed with little legs too.
My 1250RT has the low seat fitted and adjusted to the low setting of that. So the lowest of the low and I can still only get my get the balls of my feet on the ground.
Severely limits what I can ride. 🥲🥲

The seat on my R1250RT is hard as hell.😱😱

I use an Air Rider inflatable seat cover.

Yep not the most comfortable on a long ride. Surprising given what it is meant to be designed for. But the heater in though and it feels better 🥳🥳

I had the 1200 RT LE before the Wing. Great bike. Seat lowering on that was perfect.
