This is the first time I've used the ASCI app. Does the price include EHU?

Depends on site usually you get so much free.(max 4 kWH per day )
Lots of sites in the NL and Germany anyway are metered.

Some Spanish sites charge 75c/KWh plus so much cheaper to use gas. Gas works out about 10c/KWh

I’m on my 6th ACSI site in Spain so far this trip and none have charged anything extra for electric. I’ve had 6A, 10A & 16A too
