Challengers are favourites of the hire companies, particularly in France, so may have had a hard life.

Possibly TW used vehicles are now showing prices when last year and a few month back no prices were displayed you had to call them for a price so I suspect the market is hardening, maybe this winter and next year we will see deals and offers appearing again.

I suspect next year manufactures pricing will not drop but discounts applied.

Just on the mileage point our Arto(2003) has done 60,000 miles, 44,000 in my 14 years ownership, which does not include many ferries - cross-channel, Santander, Ancona-Patras -Patmos.

So it may seem low to some but not unusual.
