Looking to get a repair for my carver cascade, it seems Arc Systems is the guy to go to but his website, arcsystems.biz is not loading. Anyone used him recently and have contact details?

He was terrible at email back when I had a caravan.

What he doesn’t know about heaters isn’t worth knowing.

My local MCEA Network engineer still repairs them (Cambs) and I can recommend a Propex Malaga to replace an old carver boiler.

I've been looking at the Malaga but it would be a shame to scrap the Cascade as it's been working perfectly up until now and may only be a simple repair

Spoke to Gary today The burner assembly is now on its way to him. Fingers crossed he can fix it.
