AP7 Tolls? (1 Viewer)

Can anyone confirm if there are tolls anywhere on the AP7 between Girona and Barcelona please. Google maps says this route has tolls but I thought they had been removed?

To my knowledge there are none

They may have removed them like what they have done between the French border and Girona.
having said that, the removal was temporary to help out with the recession and Covid etc.
Last year, they was on with building some new toll booths at the side of the road, so my guess is they will re-introduce them at some stage. - Probably the week before I go again this year

We travelled from Valencia to the French border 3rd week in Feb 23 and there were no tolls payable then.

There are some between Vera and Cartagena, then some south of Torrevieja, that’s it.

That's right...one of the few sections of Toll Roads in Spain.....for now anyway

Maybe plans have changed. But most news articles suggest some way of toll charging will return in 2024

To answer my own question and for others, toll free. At least from La Jonquera to the Vilafranca de Peñedes turn off.
