As title - any used him (John Doman) specifically for Thetford Fridge repair and maybe solar panel fitting? Or just general feedback? pm me if you don't want to say anything publicly.

We had him to do yearly habitation services at home on our old Hymer, twice. He was very self confident...Then the third year he just didn't turn up. I rang him, no answer, left messages and emails etc for days. I never heard back from him. Very strange. We presumed he'd stopped work until I saw some adverts at our storage yard for him.

Absolutely disgusting man, didn’t show up, didn’t book us in properly and they was aggressive to me on the phone. Apparently he is the best in the business yet he will only deal with what he wants. He’s quite happy to slate other caravan fixers but he thinks it’s acceptable to not turn up, not apologise when he messes up and be aggressive. Horrible man and horrendous workmanship, also is dodging his tax wanting cash in hand!

No good for the original poster based in MK but Kiwi Leisure Services that we use are the real McCoy. No BS, just fully competent, polite and friendly, punctual with reliable office back up.
