Granted its very old and I believe a Thule due to the blue end caps. But if anyone knows the actual model name would be useful.

I would also go with Thule / Omnistor as it's blue plastic.
A few on here do 3D printing, maybe you could use a good part as a sample to get new ones made.
Some items here but cant see that part.
