There is also a big hole in the floor. Looks like a big tree branch somehow. :-(

It is strange that’s unrepairable though for a 100k motor.

Really 48k? I thought it was down around 42k
I don't think I'd go much over 50k for it, but I agree a busted skylight and tree branch through the floor is hardly the end of the world if repaired right
Unfortunately cat S is on the van for life but I reckon I could have moved in on to some of my traveller friends

Sorry, I meant strange it’s not financially viable for someone to repair. Doesn’t look like that much damage from the pics.

I bought a brand new Peugeot 205 1.9gti fell off the top rack of the low loader vehicle carrier it got a cat s and i got it repaired for around a grand, drove it for 3 years and sold it as a cat s for a little over what I bought it for

Thats a 95K van new and it's less than a year old

I've just had a 2 month old 4x4 written off the damage was big but not massive and the bodyshop told insurance companies are written stuff off if there is a chance of the chassis being damaged because alot of them can't be straightened on a jig anymore so that be the case here oh and if you do bid on it I doubt the transport cost will be cheap because it will have to go a recovery lorry
