Hi .Anyone come across the Truma CP panel flashing or more blinking every 10 , 15 0r 20 seconds althougt its turned off. Its operating fine when on but would if thought once switched off it should be fully dead as such and not flashing. We are plugged into mains.

Do you know what type of panel it is? There are many kinds. If not, put a picture up and someone will probably identify it.

Yes, mine does it too, always has.

Mine as well..... think its a light from inside the panel that flashes, and reflects thro' the front smoked glass.
