They will soon forget the ice creams but im sure will always remember the Ospreys.

I still remember an adult osprey there struggling to haul a large fish back up to the nest for the then adolescent offspring to greedily devour. Shame we had forgotten our binoculars though.

Love Lyndon Top, just keep your dogs / kids out of the reservoir water if there is any suggestion of an algae outbreak. Our lab got sick because she went in before we had seen related signage.

A great weekend was had

Lock down took my mum but gave us our youngest grandson Declan , as cute as they come

We like Lyndon Top, they also allow rallies, would there be enough of us prepared to share the same field for a few nights, I could be tempted to organise it if there is

I will ask what is available and what it costs , it’s only £15 anyway so not expecting much discount

Funny enough , just been discussing that with my daughter, they drove home full because they didn’t know

On the way out beside the big barn, outside of the barrier you can reverse in and drop grey and black waste to a manhole

Not quite drive over, but better than taking it away if you don’t have a manhole at home

Well - sorry ! - but personally I'd have expected my dad to tell me that since he'd been there before! Both Pete's daughters would never forget that little glitch.

Oddly enough over this very weekend his son-in-law reminded him how particularly revolting emptying the cassette was from the caravan we gave them when we bought our first motorhome - never dreaming that there had been pee left in it since it had been first parked on our front drive several years previously and not used since that day cos we'd reverted to tent camping all over France and just occasionally in the UK on sites, or we'd booked B&Bs, cos we could and would walk here there and everywhere we wanted to in those days. So that event took place in 2009. Here we all are in 2023 and No Way Pedro has anyone forgotten!

I think they allocate either the first field on left for rallies , although this weekend it was the field on the right before the barrier

I have emailed them asking for date options

Edit- apologies just read your post properly the dump option is to the left of the old barn by the elsan point
