I am having a tow bar removed tomorrow but unsure what the original underside should look like at the back, also need to know how the waste pipe runs under one without the tow bar if possible

I don't think the towbar will affect the chassis if it's on the AlKo. The bar is on drop hangers off the very end of the the chassis rails and is beyond the grey waste pipe outlet

Mine has had the waste pipe moved when the AlKo extensions were fitted for the tow bar, I also have a bag of waste pipe and brackets etc.
