Any NEW first night stopovers after the tunnel crossing?

We've done most of the stopovers around an hour or so from Calais, heading south. Just wondered are there any 'new' ones, between Abbeyville and Rouen, please note 'NEW ONES' as opposed to any that have been open for more than 3 years ..... it would be nice to try somewhere new, so if you are aware of any that are newly opened please respond on the thread.

i dont need to know which ones you have used for years etc as chances are we've either stayed there or dismissed it for some reason as 'not for us',
