So following on from Jim's post about the neighbour peeing everywhere and being a bit of a lout...
Heres my one.
Pulled up in a tight camper aire in Ljubljana, got set up, when this bloody camper pulled up and pulled in to the pitch next to us.
Women gets out with her little poodle dog, and starts yapping away in pigeon English. Her English was that bad that I could understand her..
She told me she was touring for a month, gave me and nikki a list of places to visit thar she had been too. She explained where she was from...
Then her brut of a husband came out and started yapping away in some form of English, I done my best to understand that he liked music from Manchester. He asked me all about Ironman and distances for this Sundays race.
Then the cheeky gits.!!! Knowing our electric bikes had a problem, explained in English how they liked their electric bikes and that the seat posts housed the battery's!!! Cheeky gits.
After this when in Ljubljana I heard a "hello" only to turn around and see this bruiser of a women, again explaining what a great time they were having in the city and how beautiful it was..
This my dear yodeli is my experience of your fellow country people.. we could have chatted for ages, they were nearly as nice as when we met you and your lovely family..
She wanted to teach me French !!
Not all stereotypes are what they seem...
Happy touring campers
