Knaus Boxstar ST XL
I have a Knaus Boxstar Street XL, which is 3m high. So there's a big space between the upper cupboards and the roof, as can be seen here:
[Broken Link Removed]

So I don't want to drill through the roof if that means I have some ugly hole and wire exposed. Could I go through the bathroom vent? I know the bathroom shares a wall with the compartment where the batteries and electrical components are installed (it's on the left side in the photo below, which shows the POV from the back of the vehicle):
[Broken Link Removed]

Alternatively, I noticed behind the plastic shell of the corners in the back there's a little space that I might be able to run the wires through.

Again alternatively, I saw how jezport went through the frame of the sun roof but again, does that mean wires are visible from the inside of the van?

Any input would be appreciated!

No wires visible in my van

Your photos don't show.?
I'm not sure what's up there. From this video you can see the same thing:

The view of the back of the van from the outside. The bathroom wall is on the left and the batteries are on the lower left under the bed mattress:
