Annoying squeeiks.

I have a .Le Voyageur 7.8m. After about 20 minutes of driving I get an annoying squeak in the cupboards above the sink, it is driving me nuts. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you rectify it. I am at the stage where I want to dismantle the cupboards to find out where it is coming from. Otherwise the moho is perfect. Any help appreciated.

Quite annoying. It's a bit laborious, but unload the cupboard and drive similar distance, this will hopefully point at the cupboard, the contents, or it's somewhere else, noise is a strange beast often seemingly sounding in one place for one occupant, and somewhere completely different for another. Remove the mouse from the cupboard, hopefully that will sort the problem.

Talcum powder dusted with care into joints works with floor boards so may help.

I find dry lubricant such a WD40 lock lubricant spayed between cupboard joints is very effective and long lasting. Also use it on catches and hinges. https://www.wd40.com/products/dry-lube/ Seems to me that joint will get smaller and tighter or loose as the weather and atmosphere dictates.

We have a le voyageur 8.5m and had a noise on the same area, are you sure it's the cupboard? We found the thule vent was making the noise, I have packed screens out and the van is now pretty much rattle free.
