hi i just bought some magnetic stickers for my van, only to find out there is not metal to stick them on ,,is there an alternative ,,dont want to stick them on body ,,?

Don't bother with them. Maybe stick to a piece of cardboard & prop them in a window. Not everyone in France has them.

I held mine on with nanotape (not sticky but sticky)

I use these "cling on" ones, reusable, and stick on well.
