Amazon video not working

hi all, currently in Portugal trying to watch Amazon video using a Tiekom Spanish sim via Express VPN. Can get freeve etc BBC and ITVX but get a message I am not logged in??
 
Have you had it work previously with that set up ?

Deleting app and re loading it would be on my agenda if the resign in doesn't sort it
 
I will try that we are trying to watch it on the tv not the I pad so not sure why it thinks were not logged in? It seems not to like the vpn as we can watch it using our IQ mobile (UK) sim but not the Spanish sim.
 
Try logging into Amazon without the VPN, we often use Prime on a foreign SIM or Wi-Fi, the content is restricted so you can't watch everything but still a good choice.
