Having read other threads where this as been recommended, I've been looking to purchase it but it has apparently been discontinued.
Can anyone recommend a good alternative fan, preferably one that works of 12 v .
Many thanks
It may seem a lot but it is a very, very good fan and far better than anything else you can get that runs on 12v. You can use a mains one but then you need to run it via an inverter if you haven't got hook-up which is very energy inefficient.£99 for a 12 volt fan seems a bit expensive. I have a 12volt fan my mate gave me from there warranty returns bin were he works. Our daughter gave us a small mains desk fan because it rattled. The blades were loose and hitting the casing. Soon fixed giving us two fans at zero cost.
We used the mains fan in Germany during a heat wave. It made the nights bearable just keeping the air moving.
It is.. but, after looking at what 12v fan others were using the Endless Breeze item was easily the most affective, creating a very powerful 'breeze' indeed... even on the lowest of three speeds available.£99 for a 12 volt fan seems a bit expensive.
