Alarm that won’t stop!

For a while we have had an alarm beeping for a few minutes when we set off. No lights or messages on the dash. We thought it was a Bluetooth ‘parrot’ that was on the dash that we didn’t use. Yesterday the alarm sounded for the entire journey. We removed the parrot but the alarm is still beeping. Has anyone got any suggestions?

Step out? Fridge? Waste water full? Last one - it never is, but the gauge thing gets clogged up!
