As anyone got semi air suspension on the rear of their motorhome if so what do you set your bar pressure at for a good ride. Thank you.

Our back axle is loaded to about 2070kg according to our last trip to the weighbridge and I run our rear air assist at about 2.5 bar (36.32 psi) for a comfortable and stable ride and I up it to 3 bar (43 psi) if we are on some rough old roads our there are strong crosswinds. We are a 3850kg rated van.
My controls are on the dash, so I can adjust the pressures while on the move.

The pressures might be different for each side of the van I know that mine are as there is more weight on one side and I suspect that most vans will be similar. I have 3 bar on one side and 2.5 on the other which gives the same distance showing above the tyres and means that the van is level.

There is no normal pressure. You should experiment until you find the one that suits you and your vehicle.

That’s true and I found out that if I put too much in then it made the ride harder so I would say start at the minimum which on mine is 0.7 bar and work up until it feels okay.

2.5 bar. I have a lot of weight in the back, moped and 2 electric bikes.

Mine was factory fitted with the recommendation to run at 2 bar. However, as Donkey states there is no set measure and you should experiment. I am finding my setting a tad high as axle weight is not too great, and am going to reduce to 1.5 bar and see how that goes for a while.

Our rear axle usually weighs about 2000kg and I inflate the Dunlop air suspension to 34psi

2.5 to 3 bar for our 3750kg Autotrail Apache, just depends on how many pairs of shoes the Memsahib has smuggled aboard!! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

3bar for motorways, drop to 2.5, or even 2 if lumpy roads.

There's lots of sizes of airbags. Quite large differences in ride height. And quite a range of axle loads. There's no universal pressure. For my system, the maximum rated pressure was only half way up the gauge, so you can't even aim for the middle.
