Affordable parking near Blackpool's seafront

When we were coming down from Barrow last November I made the suggestion of stopping to see what it's like now. The answer was, no way once in the 70's was enough, I had to agree.

Well just spending a second night in Blackpool parked on the coach park, £12.50 for 24hrs no services, but what a great place to park 5 mins from the seafront really quiet. well done Blackpool council.
Sounds like a great parking spot if you want to walk the illuminations!

There are half a dozen dedicated motorhome parking spots in Blackpool BUT why not park in Lytham St Annes and get the bus in they run very regular, There's 4 (one max 5 metres so 5) with marked out bays and one with a sluice to empty black waste and St Annes and Lytham are better places to visit. For Caravan and Camping members there are also 3 regular holiday sites in St Annes .

We used to love it

I have a sister who lives there and in the 90's had a static for 10 years in Wesham just down the road from Blackpool so would venture in most weekends but there has to be a reason for me to visit nowadays .

I had to go into stockport yesterday to visit the opticians.

I walked passed a pavement cafe and could smell weed being smoked, My vision had gone and I was struggling to see. A female voice shouted from the terrace "WHAT THE F**** ARE YOU LOOKING AT"

Getting just like Blackpool here

some good value properties around poulton, Knott end and pilling

We walk in most days and get our daily dose from passing cars and cafe's saves standing with the junkies and waiting for the dealers that are on our street all day long.

Hi Russ N Tracey, going up there for the football in a couple of weeks time, could you confirm the car park you used was the one called Seasiders Way Car Park. Sounds like a good parking spot and right next to the ground

I’ll also confirm it is Seasiders.👍

Still better off paking in St Annes or Fleetwood and catching the tram or bus into town, Bloomfield Rd is the stop you want, St Annes has three areas, free alongside the promenade from Fairhaven to The Beach Cafe, dedicated motorhome parking at the Lifeboat station and right next to the beach ( its the one on the iTV trailer where they are all queded up for ice cream) or the West Beach Car Park at the top of the Beach by the Coastguard Station. Its quieter and cheaper than Blackpool and water and waste disposal avaialble! Blackpool parking is right next door to a building site and the coach parking so can be nosiy till early hours

Thanks for the tip, evening game won’t finish until 10pm so Seasiders only 200yds away from ground

Just looked up Seasiders Car Park on Google maps and a sign, on the page states,

motorhome 24hr parking £12.50

but lower down it states,
NO OVERNIGHT SLEEPING .
I'm confused? 🤔
Could someone clarify please?

We’ve never had a problem overnighting there. Always a few vans. Must confess I haven’t seen that part of the sign.

We stayed last year, ideal for lights etc, quiet once coaches went and felt secure.

Just reading the attached. Gives the go ahead for overnight sleeping as others have already done

I think seasiders was shut when we went so we stayed in foxall either that or it was quieter.

Edit: It was Foxall we stayed in, just checked my review on SFS.
