This is not a rally or official Fun meet but a camping offer with a 50% early booking discount code (can be withdrawn at any time) kindly agreed by the organisers for paid subscription Funsters for both the International Campervan & Adventure Overland Shows https://adventure-overland-show.com/ in September this year (y)
Good value basic camping at the Racecourse in walking distance of the lovely town of Stratford Upon Avon plus weekend entry to 2 interesting Shows - stay just the weekend (3 nights) from £24.75 for solos or £38.88 for couples when pre-booking using our exclusive 50% Fun subscriber only discount code. Extend your stay by arriving from 9am on Tuesday I4 September at just £10 per unit per night extra to be paid in cash at the gate on arrival in addition to your weekend camping & show tickets.
We understand that the Racecourse facilities open include toilets, showers, water, waste, laundry (extra cost) although most will be camped some distance away from all of these & well behaved dogs (under control at all times) are welcome. No promises (things changed each day at the June Shows!) but we hope to have an area allocated to Motorhome Fun for those arriving on Tuesday so if arriving that day make sure you let the Show staff know you are Funsters so they can direct you to the right area. If arriving later in the week it's worth asking but please note that a Fun area is not guaranteed for any of us so will be a bonus on top of the cheap camping if it does work out.

We are interested too, such a shame this years was cancelled last minute, we were prepared at the time to just go for the camping at Stratford without the show, but as we all know that offer had to be postponed.
Lets all hope that the 2021 one will be able to go ahead.(y)

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. Would love to confirm our attendance but Cindy is scheduled to be working that weekend and can’t confirm securing time off as yet.

If by some miracle Cindy gets the time off and we’ve missed the limited discount option, we would still like to attend. Fingers crossed we get to see you all there. 🤞

Hi John - this is just to see if you want to stay on the Interested List? Booking is not open & no discount code agreed yet but we are hopeful 🤞 As one of the 50 who booked for this year before it had to be cancelled wanted to make sure that all of us had the option first if we do get a discount code limited to 50 places again. Know some won't be able to make 2021 dates so updating the list of 50 so anyone newly interested can fill the places of those that are no longer interested. Hope that makes sense?!
